Program Description:

WebEx Training Center is a great tool. Unfortunately, most organizations aren't taking advantage of all of the features available. There are quite a few techniques you can use to ensure a technologically seamless production, and Kassy knows most of them!

Join Kassy LaBorie for a day-long series of maximizing all types of training via WebEx Training Center, with a special focus on application training and creating painless collaboration using breakout rooms.

Each individual session comes with a Participant Guide which includes the following features:

• Everything I would have learned at WebEx University, if I had only known to ask
• Technology tips
• Techniques for engaging your participants

Recorded sessions are available to registered participants ONLY for a period of 2 weeks.

This program is led by Kassy LaBorie. Kassy is a Master Facilitator, Producer, Instructional Designer, and platform technical expert at InSync Training. As a Senior Trainer and mentor at WebEx for 5 years, she helped build the WebEx University and create classes covering all topics including Foundations to Best Practices. A Star employee at WebEx, her collaborations regularly received recognition internally as well as from organizations such as STC, The Society for Technical Communication.

Target audience:  Individuals whose job responsibilities or future responsibilities include designing, delivering and promoting training via WebEx Training Center within their organization. All participants should have experience using WebEx Training Center.
