What Our Clients Are Saying
|
|
After each live session, we ask participants in our Synchronous Learning Expert (SLE) Program to provide one piece of quick feedback, which we call their “a-ha” moment. Here are some representative comments from recent participants.

I have a talented organization of dynamic and dedicated professionals, but I truthfully thought it would take us a year to get where we are today. I credit InSync training as a key catalyst in motivating my team and mobilizing the vision into a reality that is delivering ROI all over the place. (Laura Brumage, NetSuite)

Thanks for the work you did on teaching and evaluating this training. I learned so much and am better prepared to do online training in my org. now. Since that is high on everyone´s priority list, it is very timely for me. I appreciate how supportive you´ve all been of every class member. You´ve made it fun, informative, and very worth my while to attend. Thanks again for the great work y´all do.

Being brand new and very skeptical about synchronous learning (not to mention design), you have completely turned me around… I know it is no where near as easy to facilitate as you make it sound, but I never felt isolated or ignored. I was never bored. You kept me engaged at all times.-BJ Jones (Land America)

The Facilitation Certificate is like a B-12 shot! ...In fact, I´m no longer an instinctive trainer but rather an InSynctive trainer. Too cool.-Becky Jones (Carefirst)

The Synchronous Facilitation course provided insights into online delivery that I have missed. It took me from using the technology to dazzle to using the technology to teach.

I can´t believe how much I have learned from all of you to date and how this course will help me stretch my horizons. It is both a challenge and a privilege to be part of this learning experience with you. -Kimberly Hains (Skura)

Thank you for our first session and the demonstration of some attendee engagement tools that we could put to work right away! -Rhonda Boas-Blue (ElementK)

For me, this class provoked thought! The InSync classes transformed and propelled our training team and participants’ online learning approach from good to GREAT! The results are evident by improved performance, higher levels of engagement and participation, and feedback that classes were fun and chock full of info! Jennifer and Barbara model how it’s done in ways I would not learn from a book or self paced course! .... I must say, this has been the most beneficial class I´ve EVER taken...hands down! Thank you Jennifer & Barbara! -Lori Palma (Autobytel)

Defining the term "collaboration" and how that all fits into the class was a real AHA for me. It made total sense and has seriously changed the way I look at course design.

I just can´t say enough how excited I am about this program!! I have no formal background in education or training and have been flying by the seat of my pants! The content, design, and organization of these classes has already been invaluable. I´m starting to revise my strategies and styles as we speak!

I found the clarification of the terms interaction and collaboration huge! I know that I have included "collaborate" activities that really were just "interactions". Now that this has been brought to the front of my mind, my hope is to ask myself when creating an activity whether it is collaborative or interactive. Some of each will be valuable, but understanding the difference while designing will aid in making the class a success by engaging the learners in more meaningful ways. -Doreen Sullivan (Lawson)
