About the Session
Has your organization made blended learning a priority? Are you confused about what blended learning is, and how it can affect learning results? Perhaps you’ve seen many blended learning programs fail and want to make sure your initiative is successful. If you are involved with blended learning design in any way – or want to be – you need tools, resources, and a blueprint to move forward.
To ensure the success of modern blends, it is necessary to lay a strong foundation to manage the change from more traditional models.
Whatever your situation, this is a good place to begin your journey. This session, a preview to Jennifer Hofmann’s new publication, What Works in Talent Development: Blended Learning (ATD, February 2018), will help you to set the stage for more effective programs.
This live online session will explore how to:
- Design blended learning campaigns
- Implement a content strategy, facilitation plan, and content curation plan
- Evaluate the results of a blended learning campaign
- Ensure ongoing success for your campaign
Two registrants in the live session will receive a complimentary copy of Jennifer’s book when it is released.
