InSync Training, LLC, the leading provider of blended learning and virtual training design and delivery, is proud to announce that Phylise Banner, a pioneer in online learning, has joined InSync Training as the curator of the new Blended Learning Hub, an innovative makerspace designed specifically to support training and learning professionals.

Banner brings over 25 years of vision, action, and leadership experience in transformational teaching and learning approaches within academia and industry to her new role. A well-known leader in online learning, she regularly seeks out and embraces opportunities to experiment with emerging pedagogies and technologies in order to best serve learners, and to create vibrant and engaged communities of practice. An avid proponent of content curation for modern learning, she is uniquely qualified for her new role with InSync.

The International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) has awarded reaccreditation status to InSync Training, LLC. IACET Authorized Providers are the only organizations approved to offer IACET Continuing Education Units (CEUs). The accreditation period extends for five years, and includes all programs offered or created during that time.

InSync Training awarded ASTD Excellence in Practice Citation

We are pleased to announce that InSync Training was honored at the most recent ASTD ICE conference with an Excellence in Practice Citation for our work in supporting Cisco Systems with their global training needs. The ASTD Excellence in Practice awards program recognizes results achieved through the use of practices and solutions from the entire scope of workplace learning and performance.

InSync Training and Cisco Systems worked together to launch a completely revised Cisco Sales Associates Program, offering training opportunities to early-in-career and engineering talent around the world. The objective of the revised solution was to provide these training opportunities in a cost effective manner while leveraging existing technology. The enhanced year-long program provides technical and sales training delivered virtually across fourteen global classrooms supported by InSync Training, combined with an in-person and an on-the-job training component, as well as a rigorous performance management framework provided by Cisco Systems. Content is delivered through a combination of self-directed learning, facilitated modules, virtual instructor office hours, application workshops, technical exams, and milestone workshops.

This new global training program has already proven to be highly successful. Following the first year of implementation, Cisco Systems estimates that new hires are generating approximately $85 million USD in revenue with no additional incremental costs. In addition, an estimated training cost reduction of 24% has been achievedand the new program has enabled Cisco Systems to reduce their need for training staff by approximately 40%. This program has also made it possible for Cisco Systems to maintain training and performance management consistency across Cisco System's global locations.
