Caroline Troy is based in Glasgow, Scotland and has 14 years’ experience in learning and development with a true passion for facilitation, coaching, and helping others succeed.

During her time at InSync, she has had the pleasure of working with several clients, including Mars, Teradyne, and Mercer, and has been involved in the delivery of MBTI workshops, Managing Performance, Effective Communication, Handling Difficult Conversations, and Effective Listening, plus many more.

Her keen interest in psychometrics has led to qualifications in MBTI, DISC, and Belbin. She loves applying these skills to online workshops and facilitation.
