Brigit Michael specializes in live, virtual, and blended learning. She has been in the training field for more than twenty years (with over a decade in the virtual classroom) and has delivered a variety of training programs designed to engage employees at all levels within an organization, elevate performance, and improve productivity.

Brigit has a passion for training and enjoys sharing her knowledge with an energetic and creative approach to help individuals and organizations achieve results. Through storytelling and sharing relevant and practical experiences, she makes learning effective. She is also Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified and uses knowledge about psychological type preferences to develop successful strategies for her clients.

Brigit’s background includes learning and development, human resource management, human resource information systems, compensation management, and financial analysis. She graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Business Administration and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting.
