In partnership with Apply Synergies, we can extend any coaching engagement with a Digital Coach — performance support built into the workflow, available at the moment someone needs it. It draws on the 5 Moments of Need® framework and is built around the specific tasks and decisions your leaders actually face.

Delivers task-specific guidance in the workflow, so the right knowledge is available when someone is doing the work, not just when they're in a session.
