Claire Collins

Claire Collins, a seasoned trainer from Scotland, UK, has amassed 17 years of experience in various Learning & Development roles. Initially, she honed her skills in a large bank, where she led induction programs for new staff, as well as leadership and financial training. She then transitioned to the charity sector, spearheading training projects for new finance and HR systems, while also creating and delivering diverse training content.

In 2022, Claire established CJC Training Limited, working as an associate facilitator for Mercer Marsh McLennan’s People Manager program and delivering Financial Acumen and Strategic Thinking sessions for IDEXX.

Accredited with an SVQ Level 3 in Learning and Development and currently pursuing a CIPD Level 5 via distance learning, Claire is recognized as a natural trainer dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences.
