Jennifer Lindsay-Finan is an accomplished specialist in live, virtual, and blended learning, with over ten years in the training field, including eight years in the virtual classroom. Her expertise lies in developing and delivering leadership training programs focused on engaging employees, enhancing performance, and boosting productivity.

At Mercer/MMC and Teradyne, she facilitates sessions on feedback, challenging conversations, and change management for leaders and aspiring leaders. She also conducts courageous conversations for Cisco’s leaders and is an esteemed coach for InSync, leading group coaching sessions for McKinsey and facilitating the InSync Certification for Virtual Learning Coaches.
