Kate Kenyon started her career in Leadership Development 25 years ago at Outward Bound leading wilderness trips. She went on to manage NYC Outward Bound’s Corporate Leadership and Team Development Programs. Her background of expeditionary learning influences her design and facilitation — participants are introduced to concepts and then practice, observe, and provide feedback for one another.

As the Northeast Learning Specialist of Banfield Pet Hospital, Kate spent 3 years leading change management and leadership capability building for Chiefs of Staff and Practice Managers in 50+ Hospitals to increase engagement and customer satisfaction.

As a Learning Manager at Mars Inc., Kate’s primary responsibility was designing and facilitating Leadership Development for Associates in their first transition from Individual Contributor to Manager of Others.

Today Kate designs and facilitates virtual and face-to-face leadership development initiatives with a goal of maximizing participation, collaboration, and open dialogue among each cohort.
