Richard Newton, a seasoned Training and Development professional since 2008, has significantly contributed to various industries through his company, Fresh Learning, and as a contractor. His diverse portfolio ranges from small businesses to large corporations.

Launching Fresh Learning in 2008, Richard excelled in designing and delivering training programs for a wide array of clients, including educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and public services. His collaboration with QA Learning as an Associate Trainer expanded his reach internationally, involving him in leadership and management training for prestigious clients.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Richard transitioned to virtual training with InSync Training, LLC, adapting to new challenges in the digital learning space. As a member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development since 2019, Richard continues to drive innovation in training and development.
