Stephen Otterstrom, a dynamic professional in learning and development, has amassed over two decades of experience in the field. His journey began in a call center, where he mentored new hires, an experience that soon led to international training roles in Ireland and China. Stephen’s career evolved as he transitioned to the resort industry, where he was instrumental in delivering and managing diverse training programs, including onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training.

In his last corporate role as Regional Learning Manager for the Americas at a multinational organization, Stephen embraced a new perspective on learning and development, focusing on listening to the frontline to facilitate mutual growth. Now working with various organizations across multiple industries, Stephen is committed to integrating innovative tools, technologies, and perspectives in learning and development globally.
