InQuire Engagement Framework™ — what it is and how to apply it
The InQuire Engagement Framework is InSync Training's model for virtual learner engagement across three dimensions. Emotional engagement covers how learners feel about the experience, building trust, psychological safety, and motivation. Intellectual engagement covers how they think about content, through active thinking, reflection, and problem solving. Environmental engagement covers how they interact with the learning space, including tools, technology, and social dynamics.
